Extensive CPG experience, meet the team behind EnsitefulAI.
Carol is responsible for product development and engineering, coordinating development for the mobile and desktop applications supporting EnsitefulAI’s business operations, along with data analytics and integration to third-party partners. Carol has a broad background in business analysis, application architecture, user-centered application design, agile development, and quality assurance. She comes to EnsitefulAI with an extensive leadership background and more than 25 years of consulting and application development experience across range of industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, oil and gas, and insurance.
Carol is a co-founder at T4S Partners, EnsitefulAI’s strategic technology partner, where she leads Advisory and Application Transformation engagements. Prior to T4S Partners, she worked at Computer Sciences Corporation – leader of Americas Cloud Consulting practice, Oracle – consulting, and Digital Equipment Corporation – software engineer, application development lead, and manager for the European High Performance Computing Center in Galway, Ireland. Carol’s notable clients include KPMG, State of Washington, Zurich Financial Services, El Paso Energy, ExxonMobil, and DirecTV. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
As Chief Data Officer at EnsitefulAI (EAI), Michael Wacey drives the company’s data strategy, ensuring data quality, security, and leveraging data analytics to maximize business value. In this role, he leads initiatives across data operations, quality management, analytics, and security, underpinning EAI’s data governance framework.
Michael brings extensive experience in building and managing advanced data infrastructure, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts across diverse industries such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
Before joining MBF, Michael co-founded ASI Financial Services (ASIFS), where he served as Chief Technology Officer. At ASIFS, he spearheaded the development of a proprietary solution enabling banks to measure retail and commercial customer profitability—a system adopted by JP Morgan Chase, Citi Group, Compass Bank, Bank of Montreal, and over 20 other institutions, leading to the company’s acquisition by FiServ.
Michael holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science and is currently pursuing a doctorate in AI and Machine Learning. A dedicated educator, he also teaches computer science and data analytics at two universities.
Travis Pendergast is an experienced sales and client service professional with over twenty years of expertise in the Food, Drug, Mass Market, E-Commerce, and Convenience channels. He has a proven track record of creating value through strategic business development, relationship building, and opening new distribution channels.
He has collaborated with brands across the CPG space to enhance their retail presence through brand management, field service, and analytics. He also played a pivotal role in launching a dietary supplement firm and growing product sales to over $5 million annually. His extensive network includes working with key accounts such as Walmart, Dollar General, Walgreens, and CVS.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Washington College.
In addition to his professional achievements, Travis is actively involved in his community, serving as Commissioner and Head Coach for Carroll Manor Travel Baseball and volunteering for various youth sports programs.
